การบำบัดด้วยจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีอาการซึมเศร้า : รายงานกรณีศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
รายงานการศึกษาการใช้โปรแกรมสุขภาวะที่ประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก เพื่อลดอาการซึมเศร้าของผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่รับไว้รักษาในสถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จพระยา ระหว่าง เดือนมีนาคม 2564 ถึง เดือน เมษายน 2564 บำบัดเป็นรายกลุ่มจำนวน 5 ครั้ง โดยใช้แบบประเมินอาการทางจิต ชุดแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบประเมินอาการซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท ประเมินก่อนและหลังการบำบัด รายงานผลการศึกษาด้วยการวิเคราะห์รายกรณี พบว่าหลังการบำบัดด้วยโปรแกรมสุขภาวะที่ประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทมีคะแนนอาการซึมเศร้าลดลงเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับก่อนการบำบัด
