Abstract

Objective: To study factors affecting missed seizure of patients with electrical therapy in Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry

Materials and methods: The research uses Rapid Miner program in trial. By using model the diagram Decision tree. In data analysis from data mining in the BMS-HOSxP program, the population and the samples were inpatient receiving anesthesia-based electrical therapy. In Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry since 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2018

Result: It was found that the factors affecting the non-seizure of patients undergoing the first anesthesia In Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry, the use of electricity in treating patients less than 60 mc, Lamotrigine and Carbamazepine, within 24 hours before the electrocardiogram, using Thiopental more than 437.5 mg and Propofol more than 130 mg.

Conclusion: Factors predicting incomplete seizures in anesthesia-based electrical therapy in psychiatric patients. The data mining technique from this research was used to improve the anesthesia-based electrotherapy according to the guidelines analyzed.
