This study aimed to evaluate the impact of an educational video entitled "Misuse of Cough Syrup Containing Codeine" on students' knowledge and satisfaction levels. Using purposive sampling, 30 upper secondary school students (in grades 11 and 12) from Hidayatuddeen Nawong Wittaya School in Krabi Province participated. The research tools comprised a pre- and post-assessment of knowledge and a satisfaction survey. We examined the data using percentages, means, and standard deviations.
The findings indicated that (1) students’ post-test knowledge scores considerably rose relative to the pre-test, exhibiting an improvement rate of 80%, and (2) the overall satisfaction level with the video was assessed as exceptionally high. The data demonstrate that the educational video significantly improved students' comprehension and garnered favorable responses. Additionally, the program should develop various instructional media, including augmented reality (AR), to improve accessibility across multiple channels and encourage broader learning engagement.
