Mobilization in Districial Health Assembly toward District Health Board (DHB): Thoen District, Lampang Province

Mobilizing the Health Assembly under the District Health Board (DHB) is the operation and mobilizing the participation of all sectors by using area-based and people centered approach. This descriptive research aimed to discover excellent results leading to examine successful factors of mobilizing the districial health assembly and the district health board, Thoen district, Lampang province. The sample were selected by purposive sampling, consisting of district health assembly leader team, 18 sub-district health promotion hospitals staff, the network of districial health assembly 75 cases. Collected data by brainstorming of core team and participant observation with open – ended - questions from November 2018 - January 2019. Data were valid and reliable by using data, investigator and methodological triangulation technique. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis
The study revealed that: the excellent results that leads to the success factor of operations were 1) Participation of network partners from all sectors in the operations, systematically search for problems of the area. 2) Accepting and participating in solving problems of the committee group by passing the agenda of the DHB. with concrete follow-up work by bringing the District Chief 3) A sense of belonging in the community problem together and co-operate in the area and realizing the problems of the district, which excellent results will lead to systematically link the participation of health care areas with health services at all levels
