Writing Narratives with Storytelling Techniques: Application of Home Visits in Primary Health Care Systems

Abstract

     Writing Narratives conveys the story, knowledge and experience by means of extracting the tacit knowledge of the person through the storytelling, is a tool of knowledge management that enables the exchange of knowledge both narrators and listeners. This article aims to present the guidelines for writing narrative stories with storytelling techniques: application of home visits in primary health care systems. Writing narrative stories is important in many home visits, such as 1) is a transfer of various phenomena that occurs in each family visiting, which may be different in both context and content 2) empowerment Psychological remedies for patients relatives and caregivers 3) It is a concept transfer various experiences of narrator through storytelling 4) is a case study for health personnel, those interested in applying in situations and contexts that have similar characteristics and stories 5)is an inspiration for personnel working at the primary level

     Narrative techniques in home visit applications for primary health care systems are 1) putting a good storyline 2) clearing objectives and elements to determine the direction of writing 3) content that are prioritized and connected by aiming for learning from experience 4) writing that emphasizes thoughtful thinking, learning from past experiences to be applied both in the dimension of human development, social organization and in the dimension of solving problems that occur today. It must be based on the initial ethical standards before writing the story.
