Abstract

Mini dental implants are commonly used with removable denture. For improve stability and fit of denture. The study aims to guide dental Implants treatment and treatment for patients who wear dentures that cause problems and lead to correct care. The study was a case study in the scope of qualitative research with specific scope and context, using one patient who surgically placed implants-retained lower denture. For the period of April 2017 to February 2018

          Results: After Implant Surgery. Patients have good hygiene and can clean in the area of ​​dental implants.  Chewy food with confidence .No abutment was chewing from the opposite teeth. There is very slightly bone dissolving support for dental implants. Patients can use the teeth to chew food such as natural teeth. Mini implants with short abutment can avoid impact from the upper teeth. Locator attachment is flexible and strong. It is easy for the dentist to work. Reduce bone loss. Reduce anxiety of patients.

Recommendations: Use of mini implants support removable dentures in patients with quality bone. Dentures can be used better, reduce the shifting. Patients are satisfied with the treatment. Reduce the anxiety in the surgery because flapless technique. In surgery, it is easy to work because implants can be tilted up to 20 degrees. The locator of implants is flexible, high strength.
