Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Instructions for preparing articles and letters of intent for publication with payment of fees:

Payment of publication fees upon entry into the review process, per article, is 4,000 baht (fee rate). This should be transferred to the Kasikorn Bank, Pratu Chai Branch, under the account name "Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Lampang" with account number 636-1-11771-4.

Submit proof of payment and the publication fee payment form via the ThaiJo system.

The journal editorial team will proceed to send the receipt to the authors via Thai postal service according to the details provided in the publication fee payment form.
Note: Once entered into the review system, authors are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

All articles, both research articles and academic articles submitted for publication in the Northern Health Journal must have never been published, published or submitted for quality review of articles in other journals, and all authors are requested to comply. Guidelines, announcements and policies of the journal in submitting articles for publication for further standards and quality of journals
Details of the preparation of the manuscript
Main manuscript: The manuscript must contain complete text, a printed manuscript on one A4 page, written in Thai, not more than 15 pages long, with at least 2.5 cm margins on the left and top of the page. and a space of 2 cm on the right and bottom of the page. Authors must use TH SarabunPSK font size 16 throughout the original text except Title with font size 18.
The main manuscript should contain:
1. Title/Article to have both Thai and English Must be compact and convey the main objectives of the study, not abbreviations, by separating 1 page in English and 1 page in Thai (with the English page first). Titles should be concise and not too long, Thai TH SarabunPSK size 18 bold and English TH SarabunPSK size 18 bold.
2. Name of author by specifying the full name-surname of all relevant authors Both Thai and English of each person who participated in the research were in order of importance, font size TH SarabunPSK 16, indicating their place of work. (Affiliation) or the agency that currently operates Provinces shall have both Thai and English, not using abbreviations, in case there is more than one affiliation. Please specify only one agency. When there are multiple authors and belonging to different affiliations, use the following symbols in order to separate affiliations *, ** by specifying as a footnote on that page
2.1 Author's name Do not include academic position, rank, military rank, educational status, or the title or suffix such as Mr. Mrs. Ms. Asst. Prof. Dr., Ph.D., Pol. Lt. Col., Assistant Professor Dr. .., Director…, Dean of Faculty…,
2.2 Enter an asterisk. (*,**,***,****) is a superscript at the end of every author's last name and superscript (1) numbers only for the author of the journal. (Corresponding author), e-mail (E-mail Address): Please enter only the author of the journal.
3. Abstract must be in both Thai and English. It is an abbreviated text in order of the structure of the article, i.e. background and reason, objectives, study methodology. sample group used tools data collection data analysis Study results and recommendations The Thai abstract should not exceed 350 words and the English language should not exceed 350 words Similarly, use concise language. It is a complete sentence with meaning in itself without looking for further meaning. There should be no abbreviations in English and must be past sentences.

5. Introduction It shows the background and importance of the problem. Background and rationale are the sections of the article that describe the reasons leading to education. Review the literature on the purpose of the study. It is the part that explains to the reader the problem. The nature and size of the problem that led to the need for effective research to solve problems or answer the set questions. If there is the necessary theory to be used in the study, the basis may be laid in this section.

To show that they do not bring the work of others as their own List of all references in the Northern Health Journal in English. If the reference document is original in Thai Authors are required to change the list of references to the original English and add “(in Thai)” at the end of the list of references. References are written using the APA (7th) edition style citation system, in alphabetical order.

Ethical Standards of the Publication Ethics Committee
Roles and Duties of Journal Editors (Duties of Editors)
1. Editors are responsible for considering the format. The completeness and quality of the article Before starting the evaluation process by a qualified person

9. Editors will check for plagiarism by using trusted programs. If there is clear evidence that the work of others is plagiarized The editor will contact the lead author for clarification. and if there is no clarification according to academic principles The editor will reject the publication of the article.
10. If plagiarism is detected During the article evaluation process The editor will halt the evaluation process. and contact the main author immediately to request clarifications for "accepting" or "declining" the publication of that article
11. Articles that are not considered The editor will notify the author in writing. without returning the manuscript and fees. is final The author has no right to claim or appeal of any kind.

1. The article evaluator must maintain the evaluation period within the specified evaluation time frame. and does not disclose any information of articles and authors to other people unrelated Throughout the evaluation period
2. Article evaluators must not have conflicts of interest with authors such as co-authors. that will prevent the assessors from assessing and giving recommendations independently
3. 4. Article evaluators can suggest important research findings that are consistent with the article in case the author does not refer to it. also included in the evaluation of the article.

Author’s Responsibilities
1.Authors must submit their own original work, free from plagiarism, duplication, or concurrent submission to other journals, and consent to plagiarism screening.
2.Authors are responsible for the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of the data, content, and research findings presented.
3.All authors must contribute to the research process or manuscript preparation and jointly review and approve the final version, in accordance with the standards of the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) and the journal’s specific requirements.
4.Authors must cite all relevant sources accurately, completely, and in accordance with the journal’s referencing style, ensuring that all references are authentic and retrievable.
5.Authors must strictly follow the journal’s guidelines, formatting requirements, and policies, including plagiarism checks and publication practices.
6.In studies involving human participants, authors must provide details of research ethics approval, including the name of the ethics committee, approval number, and all relevant information.
7.Authors must clearly specify the contributions of each author (author contributions) and acknowledge any additional contributors involved in the manuscript.
8.Authors must carefully check the completeness and accuracy of their work before publication. If significant errors are identified after submission or publication, authors must promptly notify the editor and cooperate in making corrections or retractions.
9.All authors share collective responsibility for the quality, validity, and reliability of the manuscript and agree to abide by the journal’s policies.

Editor's Responsibilities to Readers
Inform readers about research funders and their role in conducting research.
Responsibilities of the Editor to Authors
1. Do everything possible to ensure the quality of the published articles. to ensure the quality of published research

Responsibilities of Editors to Article Reviewers
1. Provide information to reviewers on all issues that editors expect. And the recommendations are always updated to be up-to-date.
2. There is a system to protect the personal information of the article reviewers. Unless the journal has an open assessment of articles that have been notified to authors and assessors in advance.
Article evaluation process
There is a system to ensure that articles submitted to the journal will be kept confidential during the evaluation process, the author will not know the name of the article reviewer and the author will not know the name of the reviewer (Double blind)
Support academic validity
1. Editors should ensure that every detail in a research article published in a journal is Must comply with internationally recognized ethical principles.
