ประสิทธิผลของการใช้แนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการระงับความรู้สึกเส้นประสาทส่วนปลาย Peripheral nerve block ในโรงพยาบาลทองผาภูมิ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลัง (one-group pretest–posttest design) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการระงับความรู้สึกเส้นประสาทส่วนปลาย ณ โรงพยาบาลทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการระงับความรู้สึกเส้นประสาทส่วนปลายที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัด จำนวน 30 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม–กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความรู้
(KR-20 = .75) แบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติตัว (KR-20 = 1.00) และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ (Cronbach’s alpha = .73) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติ paired t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนนความรู้เฉลี่ยหลังการทดลอง (Mean=14.03, S.D.=1.19) สูงกว่าก่อนใช้แนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการระงับความรู้สึกเส้นประสาทส่วนปลาย (Mean=9.70, S.D.=2.25) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) ผู้ป่วยสามารถปฏิบัติตัวได้ถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 86.70 ปฏิบัติตัวอยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 100.00 ผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean= 4.33, S.D.=0.27) และมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (คะแนนที่ ≥80) ร้อยละ 100.00 สรุปได้ว่า แนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการระงับความรู้สึกเส้นประสาทส่วนปลายมีประสิทธิผลในการเพิ่มความรู้ ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตัวที่ถูกต้อง และสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่ผู้ป่วย สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการทางวิสัญญีในบริบทโรงพยาบาลชุมชนได้อย่างเหมาะสม
