การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ความรู้ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ชนิดที่ 2 ในพื้นที่ตำบลพิชัย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน และระดับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในพื้นที่ตำบลพิชัย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 จำนวน 110 คน และผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้ป่วยในชุมชน จำนวน 34 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC = 0.67–1.00) โดยแบบวัดความรู้มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.88 แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.91 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean=3.88, S.D.=0.69) โดยด้านการร่วมดำเนินงานมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ผู้ป่วยมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 41.20, S.D. = 4.10) อย่างไรก็ตาม ความรู้ด้านการควบคุมอาหารอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean=3.74, S.D.= 0.53) โดยด้านการใช้ยาและการมาตรวจตามนัดมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ขณะที่ด้านการออกกำลังกายอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.21 , S.D.= 0.64) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพและพัฒนาระบบดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานในระดับชุมชนต่อไป
