บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเรื่องโรคพิษสุนัขบ้ากับพฤติกรรมด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าของประชาชน ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา พื้นที่วิจัยในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนที่มีอายุ 15 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 393 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามลักษณะถามความถี่ในการปฏิบัติ 3 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้ค่าไคสแควร์

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเรื่องโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าของประชาชนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพฤติกรรมด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือปฏิบัติบ้างเป็นบางครั้ง 2)ปัจจัยด้านตำบลที่อาศัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนตัวแปรเพศ อายุ รายได้ของครอบครัว ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ การเลี้ยงสัตว์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ปัจจัยด้านตำบล เพศ อายุ รายได้ของครอบครัว ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ การเลี้ยงสัตว์ มีความ สัมพันธ์พฤติกรรมด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้า อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าและ พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้า มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
