แนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินกิจกรรม ความพร้อมและแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา แบ่งการศึกษาเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เชิงปริมาณ: การดำเนินกิจกรรมและความพร้อมในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผู้อำนวยการ/ผู้ที่ดูแลโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 32 โรงเรียน วิธีการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการกำหนดโควต้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เชิงคุณภาพ: นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่มีความรู้ หรือประสบการณ์ การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 15 คน วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่งดจัดกิจกรรม สำหรับความพร้อมในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ ภาพรวมมีความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับแนวทางการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดที่สำคัญ คือ คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนควรมีการประชุมวางแผนและปรับเปลี่ยนกิจกรรมบางส่วนที่สามารถจัดได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และเน้นมาตรการป้องกัน ทั้งการตรวจสุขภาพ ความพร้อมของผู้เรียนและการให้ความรู้ในการป้องกันฯ กับคณะกรรมการและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนการปรับรูปแบบกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องเหมาะสมกับบริบทพื้นที่และความรุนแรงของการแพร่ระบาด หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุควรนำแนวทางไปปรับใช้เพื่อให้โรงเรียนผู้สุงอายุสามารถเปิดเรียนได้อย่างปลอดภัยภายใต้การแพร่ระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรนา 2019
