ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง หลังผ่าตัดในผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่ใบหน้าและขากรรไกร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่ใบหน้าและขากรรไกรก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ภายในกลุ่มและระหว่างกลุ่ม คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 50 รายแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 25 ราย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตน เป็นระยะเวลา 6 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตน แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังผ่าตัด โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา พบค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับของแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง เท่ากับ 1.00 และ 0.98 ตามลำดับ โปรแกรมฯ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อรายการกับวัตถุประสงค์อยู่ในช่วง 0.67–1.00 และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมมีค่าความเที่ยงด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.81 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ Paired t-test และ Independent t-test                                   

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบภายในกลุ่ม กลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรม ฯ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลหลังผ่าตัดสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่มหลังทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลหลังผ่าตัดสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ดังนั้น ควรนำโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนไปใช้ส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังผ่าตัดในผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่ใบหน้าและขากรรไกร โดยประยุกต์ใช้ร่วมกับการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานและทำการติดตามต่อเนื่องผ่านช่องทางดิจิทัลเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลตนเองหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ป่วยดังกล่าว
