Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • This manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in any other journal. (If otherwise, please explain in the cover letter to the editor.)
  • The manuscript must be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
  • Authors must provide accurate and accessible URLs for any references obtained from online sources.
  • The manuscript must not exceed 16–18 pages in total, typed on A4 paper. Authors must submit the article file and any accompanying high-quality images (if applicable) via the journal's online system, following the journal's author guidelines.
  • All correspondence will be conducted via the email address entered into the journal’s online submission system. Authors should regularly check their inbox (and spam folder) to ensure they receive messages from the journal. If no email is received after submission (it may be filtered as spam), please contact: jnatned@gmail.com.
  • Once the submission fee is paid, it is non-refundable regardless of the editorial decision.

Manuscript Preparation

  1. Manuscripts submitted for publication in the Journal of Nursing and Therapeutic Care must be completed within the last five years and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in another journal.
  2. All individuals listed as authors must have contributed to the development of the academic work and must agree on the article’s content prior to submission for publication.
  3. Authors must ensure that the manuscript has been reviewed for plagiarism and that proper academic referencing has been used throughout. A plagiarism report from a standard software (e.g., Turnitin, Copyleaks, Akharawisut) must be attached.
  4. For articles written by graduate students, the manuscript must include the signature of the academic advisor, certifying that they have reviewed and approved the article content before submission.
  5. Manuscripts must be submitted through the ICT ThaiJo platform of the Journal of Nursing and Therapeutic Care at:

Publication Fees for the Journal of Nursing and Therapeutic Care (as of 19 May 2025)

To those interested in publishing research or academic work in the Journal of Nursing and Therapeutic Care, please be informed of the following publication fees, which include review by three peer reviewers:

  • Thai-language articles: 5,000 THB per article
  • English-language articles: 7,000 THB per article

Manuscripts must first pass a preliminary editorial review to assess format compliance and relevance to the journal’s scope and quality standards. Once approved, the editor will notify the author to proceed with the payment of the publication fee according to the author’s intent. The article will then be forwarded for peer review. A receipt will be issued after proof of payment is submitted to jnatned@gmail.com.
(The editorial board reserves the right not to refund the publication fee under any circumstances.)

 

Academic articles

An academic article is a scholarly composition that synthesizes current knowledge in various fields related to nursing and healthcare. It includes analysis, comparison, and synthesis of literature, presenting insights and perspectives beneficial to the field.

Research articles

A research article presents findings from original research in nursing and healthcare. It may include quantitative, qualitative, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, or meta-syntheses.
