ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนในเขตอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดนครราชสีมา Factors Influencing the Application of the Nursing Process of Professional Nurses in Private Hospitals, Muang District, Nakornratchasima Province

Abstract

The purpose of this descriptive predictive research was to investigate the influencing factors of the nursing process utilization by registered nurses in private hospitals in Muang district in Nakhon Ratchasima province. The 280 registered nurses who have at least one year of experience in a private hospital. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisted of five parts: 1) general information, 2) knowledge about nursing process, 3) the administrative support for nursing process utilization, 4) the supervision of nursing process utilization, and 5) the nursing process utilization of registered nurses.The reliabilities of part 2,3,4,and5 were 0.87,0.87,0.92,0.89,respectively. Data were analyzed using statistics including frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression.

1.The average score of knowledge about the nursing process utilization was 21.47 which was the highest level.

2.The overall mean score of administrative support for nursing process utilization was in a high level ( = 3.88, S.D. = 0.87).

1. The overall mean score of the supervision of nursing process utilization was in a high level ( = 3.85, S.D. = .81).
2. The overall mean score of nursing process utilization by registered nurses was in a high level ( = 4.17, S.D. = .71).
3. The relationships among knowledge of nursing process, the administrative support, the supervision of nursing process, and the nursing process utilization were positively statistical significance (p <.01 r = .125, .805, .826, respectively).
4. Factors predicting the nursing process utilization of registered nurses were the supervision and the administrative support which were 74.6% accounted for the variance of the nursing process utilization. The standard predictive equation was
