Publication fee: free of charge.

The types of articles are divided into 6 categories:

  • Editorials (บทบรรณาธิการ): Articles that analyze significant scientific and medical works relevant to the technical and medical professions or related sciences. They may also express opinions for the benefit of elevating the technical medical profession.
  • Review Articles (บทความปริทัศน์): Articles that revive knowledge by gathering works on a specific topic, previously published in other journals, and analyzing, critiquing, and comparing them to provide clarity to readers.
  • Original Articles (นิพนธ์ต้นฉบับ): Reports on research results in the field of technical medicine and medical science that have not been published elsewhere.
  • Case Reports (รายงานกรณีศึกษา): Reports on interesting patient cases, including medical history, physical examination results, and laboratory findings.
  • Short Communications (บทความวิจัยอย่างสั้น): Shortened research articles, presenting concise study reports due to study limitations but maintaining completeness in content. Similar to original articles but shorter and more concise.
  • Letter to the Editor (จดหมายถึงบรรณาธิการ): Short articles presenting thoughts and experiences related to technical medical professions in the form of letters to the editor.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

To ensure accurate and swift article publication, authors must adhere to the following details:

1. Language: Use either Thai, English, or both languages in the manuscript. 

2. Formatting: The manuscript must be typed using Word for Windows in Cordia New font, size 14. Page numbers should be centered at the bottom margin of each page, with line numbers included. The author(s)' name(s) should not appear anywhere in the manuscript.

3. Title Page:

Include the article title in both Thai and English, avoiding abbreviations except widely accepted ones like "NADH."

List author names in full in both Thai and English; no need to include degrees or positions. Specify the corresponding author.

Include the institution's name, location, and contact email for all authors.

4. Manuscript Details:

4.1 Abstract: Provide a concise Thai and English abstract, not exceeding 300 words.

4.2 Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords in both Thai and English.

4.3 Introduction: Present the research rationale and objectives.

4.4 Materials and Methods: Clearly detail tools, equipment, and procedures.

4.5 Results: Present concise and clear results, with English legends for figures and tables.

4.6 Discussion: Analyze the findings.

4.7 Conclusion: Summarize the key points.

4.8 Acknowledgments: Acknowledge contributions.

4.9 References: Follow the Vancouver referencing system, with a limit of 30 for research articles and 50 for reviews.

5. Tables and Figures (if any): should be embedded within the main text. The title of the table must be placed above the table, while the titles for charts, figures, graphs, and illustrations should be placed below them. All table and figure titles, as well as any text presented, must be in English. For electronic images, please save the files in .jpg or .tif format.

6. References:

6.1 For English documents, use English author names. Include the full last name followed by initials.

6.2 For Thai documents, translate into English and add "(in Thai)" at the end.

6.3 For other languages, translate into English and add the original language in parentheses.

6.4 Use AD for the common era.

6.5 Follow the Index Medicus format: Author(s), title, journal abbreviation, volume, first and last page, and DOI if available.

6.6 Example of article citation:

6.6.1 citation for up to 6 authors: Include all names; for more than 6, list the first 3 followed by "et al."
