การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสำหรับผู้ปกครองเพื่อสอนทักษะการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัยของเด็กออทิสติก

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อพัฒนาและทดลองใช้หลักสูตรสำหรับผู้ปกครองเพื่อสอนทักษะเตรียมความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัยของเด็กออทิสติก
วิธีการ : การศึกษาในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ประกอบด้วยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเพื่อพัฒนากรอบแนวคิด การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับผู้ปกครองและเด็กออทิสติกอายุ 4 - 10 ปี 20 คู่ วัดคะแนนความรู้และทักษะของผู้ปกครอง และความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ของเด็กออทิสติก ก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมหลักสูตร เปรียบเทียบคะแนนด้วย Wilcoxon signed-ranks test
ผล : หลักสูตรอบรมแบบกลุ่ม ระยะเวลา 9 สัปดาห์ ประกอบด้วยการบรรยายและการฝึกปฏิบัติ โดยผู้ปกครองเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับความรู้และทักษะสำคัญ เช่น การดูแลเด็กออทิสติก การประเมินความสามารถ การวางแผนการสอน การใช้สื่อ และการจัดการพฤติกรรม ก่อนนำไปประยุกต์ใช้จริงในแผนการจัดการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคลที่บ้านพร้อมส่งคลิปประเมินเป็นรายสัปดาห์ หลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องระหว่างเนื้อหากับวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.94 การทดลองใช้พบว่า ค่ามัธยฐานความรู้และทักษะของผู้ปกครองหลังเข้ารับการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) และค่ามัธยฐานความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ของเด็กหลังฝึกปฏิบัติที่บ้านสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001)
สรุป : หลักสูตรการเตรียมความพร้อมการเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัยของเด็กออทิสติกที่ออกแบบให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในทุกระยะ มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มความรู้และทักษะในการดูแลเด็กออทิสติก และพัฒนาความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก
