ความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในหญิงผู้ขับขี่รถส่งอาหาร ในกรุงเทพมหานคร

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในหญิงที่ประกอบอาชีพขับขี่รถส่งอาหาร
วิธีการ : การศึกษาภาคตัดขวางระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 - กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2568 ในกลุ่มผู้ขับขี่รถส่งอาหารเพศหญิงที่รับงานผ่านแอปพลิเคชันในกรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงานขับขี่รถส่งอาหาร แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าของ Beck ฉบับที่ 1A (BDI-IA) และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI)
ผล : กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 117 คน พบความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้า (BDI-IA 16 คะแนนขึ้นไป) ร้อยละ 24.8 ปัจจัยทำนายการมีภาวะซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การประกอบอาชีพอื่นร่วมด้วย (AOR = 3.28, 95% CI = 1.04 - 10.32) การมีภาระงานบ้านด้านการจับจ่ายซื้อของเข้าบ้าน (AOR = 4.36, 95% CI = 1.14 - 16.60) การอยู่ในครอบครัวแบบโดดเดี่ยวต่างคนต่างอยู่ หรือทะเลาะกันรุนแรง (AOR = 5.00, 95% CI = 1.13 - 22.11) และคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมที่ลดลง (AOR = 0.92, 95% CI = 0.89 - 0.96)
สรุป : หญิงที่ประกอบอาชีพขับขี่รถส่งอาหารในกรุงเทพมหานครเกือบ 1 ใน 4 มีภาวะซึมเศร้า และมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตที่ไม่ดี ภาระงานภายในครัวเรือน และการขาดแหล่งสนับสนุนทางสังคม จึงควรมีมาตรการเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิต คุณภาพชีวิต และสิทธิประโยชน์ของกลุ่มหญิงผู้ประกอบอาชีพนี้
