ปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำในผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจังหวัดชุมพร

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มีประวัติฆ่าตัวตาย
วิธีการ : การศึกษาย้อนหลังจากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิของกลุ่มผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มีประวัติการฆ่าตัวตาย จากฐานข้อมูลสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดชุมพร วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรและการเกิดพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำด้วยการทดสอบไคสแควร์และการทดสอบที่แน่นอนของฟิชเชอร์ และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายการเกิดพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำด้วยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารี
ผล : กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 136 คน มีพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำร้อยละ 33.1 (95% CI = 25.27 - 41.67) กลุ่มอายุและการมีโรคประจำตัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารีพบว่าผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มีโรคประจำตัวมีโอกาสเกิดพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำ 2.88 เท่า (95% CI = 0.95 - 8.74) ของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว
สรุป : ผู้ป่วยจิตเวชมีพฤติกรรมฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำสูง โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่มีโรคประจำตัวร่วมด้วย ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้จึงควรได้รับการวางแผนดูแลที่เหมาะสมเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตและลดอัตราฆ่าตัวตาย
