พฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิต การตีตราและการกีดกันทางสังคม และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตต่อการเปิดเผยอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศของนักศึกษาชายรักชายในภาคเหนือ

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิต การตีตราและการกีดกันทางสังคม และการขาดความพึงพอใจในชีวิตต่อการเปิดเผยอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศของนักศึกษาชายรักชาย
วิธีการ : การวิจัยภาคตัดขวางในกลุ่มนักศึกษาชายรักชายจากมหาวิทยาลัยในภาคเหนือ 145 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป พฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิต ประสบการณ์ถูกตีตราและการรับรู้การกีดกันทางสังคม และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตต่อการเปิดเผยอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์ (chi-square test) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารี (binary logistic regression)
ผล : คุณลักษณะด้านอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ พฤติกรรมใช้สารเสพติด ประสบการณ์ถูกคนในครอบครัวตำหนิหรือด่าทอเนื่องจากเป็นชายรักชาย ประสบการณ์ถูกเพื่อนพูดจาล้อเลียน เหยียดหยาม หรือพูดจาไม่สุภาพเนื่องจากเป็นชายรักชาย และการรู้สึกว่าคนทั่วไปมองว่าเป็นคนผิดปกติทางเพศ มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับการขาดความพึงพอใจในชีวิตต่อการเปิดเผยอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ
สรุป : การมีประสบการณ์การตีตราและกีดกันจากคนในครอบครัวและเพื่อนทำให้นักศึกษาชายรักชายขาดความพึงพอใจในชีวิตต่อการเปิดเผยอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรมีกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตรวมทั้งสร้างแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาชายรักชายมีความพึงพอใจในชีวิตและสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสังคมได้
