บทคัดย่อ

                     วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสำรวจภาวะสุขภาพจิตกับความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง เปรียบเทียบภาวะสุขภาพจิต และศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาทั้งสองสาขา

                     วัสดุและวิธีการ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวางในนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 1-5 มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองของ Rosenberg ฉบับภาษาไทยและแบบคัดกรองปัญหาสุขภาพจิต (General Health Questionnaire ฉบับภาษาไทย 28 ข้อ) วิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้ Chi-square test การถดถอยโลจิสติก และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน

                      ผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 591 คน มาจากทั้งสองสาขาใกล้เคียงกัน ลักษณะทั่วไปไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ยกเว้น ชั้นปีที่ศึกษา (p<0.01) และความต้องการย้ายสาขา (p<0.01) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 73.8) มีความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองในระดับปกติ (ร้อยละ 92.5) นักศึกษามีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตร้อยละ 36.9 ส่วนใหญ่ศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 4 นักศึกษาสาขาเภสัชกรรมอุตสาหการมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตมากกว่าสาขาการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทั้งในภาพรวม (p<0.01) และในระดับชั้นปีที่ 4 (p<0.01) ปัจจัยทำนายปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ได้แก่ ความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง (OR=6.97) การศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 4 (OR=3.64) การได้รับทุนการศึกษา (OR=2.83) เพศหญิง (OR=2.26) ความต้องการย้ายคณะ (OR=2.26) และนักศึกษาสาขาเภสัชกรรมอุตสาหการ (OR=1.92) ตามลำดับ คะแนนประเมินความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเองและปัญหาสุขภาพจิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r= -0.50, p<0.01)

                      สรุป นักศึกษามีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตร้อยละ 36.9 โดยมีบางปัจจัยที่สามารถปรับปรุงเพื่อยกระดับภาวะสุขภาพจิตให้สูงขึ้นได้ การศึกษาในอนาคตควรหาแนวทางพัฒนาระดับสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ให้อยู่ในระดับดีมากขึ้น
