Abstract

The Cross-sectional descriptive research. (1) This purpose To study 21st century learning skills (2) Comparing 21st century learning skills of students at the Sirindhorn Public Health College. Khon Kaen province, during gender, year of the curriculum, a sample of 120 people were collected by using questionnaires. Which passed the Content Validity with an IOC between 0.67-1.00 and Reliability is equal to 0.86. By means of landscape sampling Data was analyzed by using a software program. Presented with percentage, average, standard deviation Minimum - Highest And analysis using Independent T-Test and One-way ANOVA test statistics.

The study found that Students of the Sirindhorn College of Public Health Khon Kaen Province Most of them are female, 89.12% are between 18-20 years old, 57.50% are the second year students, 32.50% are the students of the Public Health Dentistry program, the most 40.83%, and most have the results of knowledge measurement and English language skills under the Praboromarajchanok Institute. Is at the lower level, 79.17% with the 21st century learning skills at a high level of 65.83%, followed by the 21st century learning skills. Moderate level, 33.33%, respectively, have skills in Cross-cultural understanding had the highest (mean=4.08, SD = 0.64), followed by career and learning skills with an (mean=4.06, SD = 0.61). For skills with a low average The best skills are 3 R, Reading, Writing ((W) Riting) and Math. ((A) Rithmetics) with an (mean=3.48,
S.D. = 0.64). The comparison of 21st century learning skills between gender, year of curriculum and found that there is no difference.

According to the result of this study, Offer to teachers Use the results of the English language knowledge and skills assessment the Praboromarajchanok Institute to plan and organize additional teaching and learning. To further enhance 21st century learning skills in English language skills.
