Abstract

        The cross-sectional descriptive research. The objective is to study 1)behavior of using food ordering application via mobile phone 2)marketing factors of using food ordering application 3)factors related to the behavior of using food ordering application via mobile phone of students at Sirindhorn College of Public Health Khon Kaen Province. A sample of 220 cases. By a stratified sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaires that passed content validity IOC is between 0.67-1.00 and reliability is 0.85. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, maximum, minimum, mean, standard deviation, Chi-Square test and Fisher’s exact test.

        The results showed that Students have behaviors used the food ordering application 84.55%, most using Grab food 80.91%, frequency of using food ordering service in 2 months is 2-3 times/week 36.36%, type of food used the most ordered were snacks (bakery) 48.18%, the main purpose of using the service wasn’t enough time to go to 60.45%, 33.64% used to order food during dinner, when eating with friends 62.73%, use the service when wanting to eat 79.55%, have the cost of using the service (onetime) less than or equal to 100 baht 63.64%, the source of information used in making the decision to use the service is friends 56.36%. The marketing factors of using food ordering applications have a high level of opinions (Mean=3.85±0.53),  the most important aspect is marketing promotion (Mean=3.98±0.65). Product, price, place and marketing promotion there wasn’t statistically significant correlation with  the behavior of using food ordering application via mobile phone.
