Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research is a cross sectional descriptive research. The objective is to study the nutritional status and to study the factors affecting the nutritional status of upper secondary school students at Selaphum Phitayakhom School, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. The sample group used in the study was 244 students in Mattayomsuksa 4 - 6, 2019 academic year, Selaphum Phitayakhom School, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province, amount 244 students Data were collected by using questionnaires. Sampling group was selected by laying random sampling. Then analyzed the data by using the software program presented with percentage, mean, standard deviation Minimum - Maximum And multiple logistic regression analysis with 95% CI.

The results showed that most example groups are female females, 62.30%. in the age of 17 year 34.02%. in the range of 41-60 kg 66.80%. The height is in the range of 161-170 cm 43.03%. with a normal body mass index of 48.77%. in the 5th high grade education level. 36.07%. has a good knowledge of 46.31%. with a moderate level of well-being, 80.74%. with a good level of behavior, 87.79%. The influence of the media affects the nutritional requirements of moderate 61.88%. to analyze factors affecting nutrition found that the factors associated with nutrition are moderate to high level (ORadj = 6.26 95% CI 2.83 to 16.33; p-value = < 0.0001) and the influence of medium to high level media (ORadj = 4.00 95% CI 1.20 to 13.03; p-value = 0.024)
