บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: โรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่ควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดไม่ได้เป็นสาเหตุทำให้เกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังซึ่งจะส่งผลกระทบทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคมและเศรษฐกิจ การส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจึงเป็นแนวทางที่สำคัญในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันโรคไตเรื้อรัง

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันโรคไตเรื้อรังและผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก ของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่ควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดไม่ได้ในเขตตำบลบางครก อำเภอบ้านแหลม จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบศึกษากลุ่มเดียว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่ควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดไม่ได้จำนวน 30 คน ได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเป็นระยะเวลา 10 สัปดาห์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันโรคไตเรื้อรัง ผลการตรวจอัตราการกรองของไตและระดับน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยสะสม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณาและการทดสอบค่าที

ผลการศึกษา: คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองและอัตราการกรองของไตมีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) และค่าเฉลี่ยระดับน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยสะสมหลังทดลองลดลงแต่ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

สรุป: โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีประสิทธิผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันโรคไตเรื้อรังและอัตราการกรองของไตของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่ควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดไม่ได้
