ความล่าช้าในการแสวงหาบริการทางสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลัน: การทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบบูรณาการ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมและหลักฐานงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการแสวงหาบริการทางสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลัน โดยใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบบูรณาการ โดยสืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูลอิเลคทรอนิกส์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศจำนวน 14 ฐาน และมีการประเมินคุณภาพของงานวิจัยที่ทำการสืบค้น ผลการสืบค้นพบงานวิจัยที่ตรงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า จำนวน 12 เรื่อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาความล่าช้าในการเข้าถึงบริการทางสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันพบในหลายประเทศ มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความล่าช้าก่อนถึงโรงพยาบาล เท่ากับ 5 ชั่วโมง 3 นาที และทุกงานวิจัยมีเวลาล่าช้าก่อนถึงโรงพยาบาลมากกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง และผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาล่าช้าใช้เวลาตัดสินใจมากกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง สรุปได้ว่า เวลาในการตัดสินใจของผู้ป่วยมีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดความล่าช้าก่อนถึงโรงพยาบาล ดังนั้นเพื่อที่จะลดความล่าช้าในการเข้าถึงบริการทางสุขภาพ บุคลากรทางสุขภาพและระบบการดูแลสุขภาพ ควรเน้นความสำคัญในการสื่อสาร เพิ่มความรู้ และพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพให้กับผู้ป่วยและประชาชนทั่วไป
