บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: อุบัติการณ์และการเสียชีวิตจากมะเร็งเต้านมในสตรีไทยมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น การประเมินการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมจะเป็นข้อมูลในการออกแบบกิจกรรมสร้างความตระหนัก ลดปัจจัยเสี่ยง และขยายผลการป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองของกำลังพลหญิงและสตรีในครอบครัวกำลังพลทหารบก

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาชนิดหาความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกำลังพลหญิงและสตรีในครอบครัว อายุ 20 – 60 ปี จำนวน 183 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการตรวจเต้านม และ 3) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัย: การรับรู้ประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การรับรู้อุปสรรคอยู่ในระดับต่ำ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การรับรู้ประโยชน์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก ระดับต่ำ (r = .15, p < .05) การรับรู้อุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบระดับต่ำ (r = -.12, p < .05) และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับปานกลางต่อพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านม (r = .31, p < .01)

สรุปผล: การสร้างความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ และการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการตรวจเต้านมแก่สตรี จะนำไปสู่การตรวจเต้านมที่ถูกต้อง สม่ำเสมอ และต่อเนื่องมากขึ้น

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรมีการรณรงค์ผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงรุก และสร้างสมรรถนะแก่กำลังพลหญิงและสตรีในครอบครัวอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้สามารถตรวจเต้านมอย่างถูกต้องและปฏิบัติจนเป็นแบบแผนการดำเนินชีวิต
