บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ส่งผลให้ระบบบริการทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข ไม่เป็นไปตามระบบปกติ ทำให้ผู้สูงอายุได้รับผลกระทบด้านสุขภาพ ขาดการดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสถานะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ หลังการระบาดโรคโควิด-19 ในชุมชนย่านโยธี กรุงเทพมหานคร

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงแบบ Cross-sectional study กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 155 คน ใน 5 ชุมชนย่านโยธี กรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และ Chi-square test

ผลการวิจัย: ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสถานะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ คือ ปัจจัยความเป็นอยู่ ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ( $gif.latex?x^{2}$ = 7.82 , p – value < .05) และความสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัว ( $gif.latex?x^{2}$ = 4.05, p – value < .05)

สรุปผล: สถานะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ ชุมชนย่านโยธี ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสถานะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ คือ ความเป็นอยู่ และความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว

ข้อเสนอแนะ: หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรมีการเยี่ยมครัวเรือนผู้สูงอายุ ให้แนะนำการดูแลสุขภาพ การจัดที่พักอาศัยให้ปลอดภัย และเหมาะสมกับผู้สูงอายุ จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจ เพื่อป้องกัน และฟื้นฟูโรคที่จะเกิดในผู้สูงอายุและบรรเทาอาการ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
