บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: การให้ยาเคมีบำบัดที่บ้านเป็นทางเลือกในการให้ยาเคมีบำบัดผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ ในสถานการณ์โควิด-19

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยและผู้ให้บริการยาเคมีบำบัดที่บ้าน ความเชื่อมั่นในความปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ของผู้ป่วย และความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแล

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ จำนวน 35 คน ผู้ดูแล จำนวน 36 คน และพยาบาล จำนวน 39 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินความปลอดภัยของผู้ให้บริการและผู้ป่วย แบบประเมินความเชื่อมั่นในความปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการรับบริการยาเคมีบำบัดที่บ้าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัย: 1) ผู้ป่วยมีความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยทุกด้าน ทั้งการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ การใช้ยาอย่างปลอดภัย การติดตามผู้ป่วย การดูแลข้อต่อและสายที่ให้ยา และการรายงานแพทย์ 2) ผู้ให้บริการ มีความปลอดภัยทุกด้าน ทั้งการใช้เทคโนโลยีสื่อสาร การป้องกันอันตรายจากการทำงาน จิตใจ การป้องกันการเกิดโรค กฎหมาย และความปลอดภัยจากการเดินทางและการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ผู้ป่วยทั้งหมดมีความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 และ4) ผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลมีความพึงพอใจต่อการได้รับบริการยาเคมีบำบัดที่บ้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง

สรุปผล: การให้ยาเคมีบำบัดที่บ้านในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 มีความปลอดภัยและมั่นใจในการรับบริการ ผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลมีความพึงพอใจ

ข้อเสนอแนะ: โรงพยาบาลที่สามารถให้เคมีบำบัดที่บ้านได้ ควรพิจารณาให้ยาเคมีบำบัดที่บ้านเป็นทางเลือกในการรักษามะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ เนื่องจากมีความปลอดภัย ผู้รับบริการมีความพึงพอใจ เป็นทางเลือกในสังคม "ความปกติใหม่"
