บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: การให้ข้อมูลที่ตรงกับความต้องการของญาติผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤต จะทำให้ญาติมีความพึงพอใจในบริการ

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ของรูปแบบการให้ข้อมูลแก่ญาติผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤต พัฒนารูปแบบฯ และผลของการให้ข้อมูลผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชันแก่ญาติผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤต

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: วิจัยและพัฒนานี้ แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสถานการณ์ฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ แพทย์เวชศาสตร์ฉุกเฉิน 2 คน พยาบาลหัวหน้างาน 1 คน พยาบาลผู้ปฏิบัติ 2 คน ญาติผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤต 3 คน รวม 8 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเช่นเดียวกับระยะที่ 1 และระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบฯ เป็นญาติผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤตได้จากการสุ่มอย่างมีระบบ แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบกลุ่มละ 70 คน เครื่องมือ คือ แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม รูปแบบการให้ข้อมูลผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการให้ข้อมูล ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติทดสอบแมนวิทนีย์ ยู และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย: 1) สถานการณ์ของรูปแบบการให้ข้อมูล พบว่า บุคลากรไม่เพียงพอ ไม่มีการกำหนดผู้ให้ข้อมูล สถานที่ไม่เหมาะสม แนวทางการให้ข้อมูลไม่ชัดเจน และความถี่ไม่แน่นอน ความพึงพอใจต่อการให้ข้อมูลต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 2) รูปแบบ ฯ สร้างด้วยไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลแอคเคาน์ให้ข้อมูลเรียลไทม์เกี่ยวกับอาการ วินิจฉัยโรค แผนการรักษา และพยากรณ์โรค 3) ความพึงพอใจของญาติผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการให้ข้อมูลผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชันสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01

สรุปผล: ญาติผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤตที่ได้รับข้อมูลผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชันมีความพึงพอใจมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับข้อมูลรูปแบบเดิม

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรนำรูปแบบฯ นี้เป็นต้นแบบสำหรับการปรับใช้กับญาติผู้ป่วยวิกฤตแผนกอื่น ๆ
