บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: ปัญหาทุพโภชนาการและโรคอ้วนในเด็กวัยเรียนเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญ ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมให้เด็กวัยเรียนสามารถปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพจึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: ศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: วิจัยเชิงพยากรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 346 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตารางเครจซีและมอร์แกน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 4 ฉบับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .86, .72, .78, .83 และ .80 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 63.3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยนำ (ความรู้และทัศนคติ) ปัจจัยเอื้อ (ระบบบริการสาธารณสุข) และปัจจัยเสริม (การสนับสนุนทางสังคม) และปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียน ประกอบด้วย 1) ปัจจัยเอื้อ ได้แก่ ระบบบริการสาธารณสุข มีอำนาจในการทำนายสูงสุด (β = 1.063, p < .000) 2) ปัจจัยเสริม ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β = -.381, p < .000) และ 3) ปัจจัยนำ ได้แก่ ความรู้และทัศนคติ (β = .099, p < .004) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 64.1 (R² = .641, p<.05)

สรุปผล: ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียน ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี คือ ระบบบริการที่ได้รับจากหน่วยงานสาธารณสุข การสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว เพื่อน และบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และความรู้และทัศนคติในการดูแลสุขภาพ

ข้อเสนอแนะ: การส่งเสริมให้เด็กวัยเรียนปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ โดยโรงเรียนและครูจัดระบบบริการสาธารณสุขในโรงเรียน กระตุ้นครอบครัว เพื่อน บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ช่วยสนับสนุนนักเรียน และจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้การดูแลสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
