บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: โรคหลอดเลือดสมองเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญนำมาสู่ภาวะทุพพลภาพและเสียชีวิต การวิจัยนี้เสนอแนวคิดทฤษฎีการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของ อสม. ซึ่งเป็นผู้นำด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาความรู้และทัศนคติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) 112 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ กลุ่มละ 56 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาความรู้และทัศนคติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง 2 ครั้ง โดยครั้งที่ 1 ได้แก่ กิจกรรมให้ความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง กิจกรรมกลุ่มบอกเล่าประสบการณ์และสะท้อนคิด สร้างทัศนคติที่ดี และครั้งที่ 2 เป็นกิจกรรมเพิ่มความสามารถในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา Paired T test และ Independent-T test

ผลการวิจัย: ค่าเฉลี่ยความรู้และทัศนคติในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองของอาสาสมัครประจำหมู่บ้านของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ และหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

สรุปผล: โปรแกรมการพัฒนาความรู้และทัศนคติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน สามารถส่งเสริมศักยภาพของ อสม. ในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง เพื่อให้สามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นำมาสู่สุขภาวะที่ดี

ข้อเสนอแนะ: หน่วยบริการสุขภาพควรนำโปรแกรมการพัฒนาความรู้และทัศนคติของ อสม. เพื่อการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง
