บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าเนื่องจากต้องเผชิญกับการปรับตัวที่หลากหลายการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา เขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 160 คน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 7 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า แบบประเมินความฉลาดทางสังคม แบบประเมินความผูกพันในครอบครัว แบบประเมินความผูกพันใกล้ชิดกับเพื่อน แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมติดเกมออนไลน์ และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมติดสนทนาออนไลน์ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .89, .90, .83, .80, .80 และ .94ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีภาวะซึมเศร้า ร้อยละ 65.60 จำแนกเป็นภาวะซึมเศร้าเล็กน้อยถึงปานกลาง ร้อยละ 28.90 และรุนแรง ร้อยละ 36.90 ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนพบว่า ความผูกพันในครอบครัว (ß = -.53, p < .001) ความผูกพันใกล้ชิดกับเพื่อน (ß = -.23, p < .001) พฤติกรรมติดเกมออนไลน์ (ß = .18, p < .01) และพฤติกรรมติดสนทนาออนไลน์ (ß = .18, p < .05) มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าโดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 52.30 (R2 = .523, p < .05) สรุปผล: ภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาเป็นประเด็นปัญหาทางด้านสุขภาพจิตสำคัญที่ทีมสุขภาพจิตควรตระหนัก ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรจัดให้มีโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตเพื่อป้องกันหรือลดภาวะซึมเศร้าโดยการเสริมสร้างความผูกพันในครอบครัว ความผูกพันใกล้ชิดกับเพื่อน และการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมติดเกมออนไลน์ และพฤติกรรมติดสนทนาออนไลน์
