บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: มารดาหลังผ่าตัดคลอดจะมีความไม่พร้อมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ เนื่องจากความทุกทรมานจากอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ อาการปวดแผลผ่าตัด ทำให้เป็นอุปสรรคในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และเป็นเหตุผลที่ทำให้การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ไม่ถึงเกณฑ์มาตรฐานตามที่องค์การอนามัยโลกได้กำหนดเป้าหมายเป็นร้อยละ 50 ในปีพุทธศักราช 2568 บุคลากรทางการแพทย์จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดคลอดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติในการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ได้สำเร็จ โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและนำมาวิเคราะห์สรุปเป็นแนวทางการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดคลอด ประเด็นสำคัญ: เนื่องจากแนวทางในการปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดจากงานวิจัยมี หลายวิธี เช่น การกอดสัมผัส การกระตุ้นให้ดูดนมแม่ภายใน 1 ชั่วโมงหลังผ่าตัด การประคบเต้านมด้วยน้ำอุ่น การแจกคู่มือปฏิบัติ การติดตามผล และอื่นๆ เป็นต้น แต่ยังไม่มีรายงานวิจัยที่รวบรวมแนวทางปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดตั้งแต่ชั่วโมงแรกหลังผ่าตัดจนถึงจำหน่ายกลับบ้าน ซึ่งมีความสำคัญในการเป็นแนวทางการปฏิบัติเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดอย่างต่อเนื่อง สรุป: แนวทางปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดจะให้การพยาบาลตามระยะเวลาต่อการหลั่ง ของนมแม่ หากปฏิบัติตามแนวทางดังกล่าวจะส่งผลให้การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดได้สำเร็จ ซึ่งสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในแต่ละหน่วยงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม ข้อเสนอแนะ: สามารถนำแนวทางการพัฒนาส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่หลังผ่าตัดคลอด มาประยุกต์ใช้ให้เหมาะสมในบริบทของโรงพยาบาลต่างๆ ได้
