การวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์การตีตราจากการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี

มโนทัศน์การตีตราจากการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี (HIV) มีความสำคัญในการดูแลและการวิจัยทางการพยาบาลผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี มโนทัศน์นี้เป็นมโนทัศน์ที่น่าสนใจ แต่ยังขาดความชัดเจนในวรรณกรรม โดยเฉพาะปรากฏการณ์ทางการพยาบาลผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความฉบับนี้ต้องการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์การตีตราจากการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี เพื่อให้ได้คำจำกัดความที่ชัดเจน คุณลักษณะของมโนทัศน์ คำศัพท์และขอบเขตของมโนทัศน์ที่ชัดเจน โดยใช้ขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์ของวอล์คเกอร์และเอแวนท์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 8 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การเลือกมโนทัศน์ การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์ การระบุการใช้มโนทัศน์ที่สามารถค้นหาได้ การกำหนดคุณลักษณะของมโนทัศน์ การระบุกรณีตัวอย่าง การระบุกรณีศึกษา การระบุสิ่งที่มาก่อนและผลที่เกิดขึ้น และการกำหนดสิ่งที่จะวัด ตามลำดับ ผลจากการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์ได้คำจำกัดความของการตีตราจากการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี หมายถึง ความรู้สึก ความเชื่อ และทัศนคติด้านลบของบุคคลอื่น ๆ ที่มีต่อผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี โดยอาจจะเป็นอคติที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมกับการประทับตราบุคคลว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกลุ่มที่เชื่อได้ว่าสังคมไม่ยอมรับ โดยมีคุณลักษณะที่กำหนดของมโนทัศน์ คือ 1) ทัศนคติที่ไม่ดีจากผู้อื่น 2) ความรู้สึกคุณค่าในตนเองลดลง 3) ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ไม่น่าพึงพอใจ 4) การรับรู้บรรทัดฐานทางสังคมด้านลบ และ 5) การเลือกปฏิบัติ
สรุป การตีตราจากการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีเป็นมโนทัศน์ที่เป็นผลลัพธ์ทางลบของการพยาบาล ควรมีการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางการประเมินคุณภาพการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลและใช้ในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือเพื่อการวัดผลลัพธ์ของการศึกษาวิจัยหรือพัฒนาทฤษฎีต่อไป
