鼻炎颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性和疗效观察（回顾性研究）

摘要
过敏性鼻炎是泰国以及全世界的常见病之一，每个年龄段均可发现，目前由于污染环境以及人的生活习惯有很大的变化而引起过敏性鼻炎的发病率往往在上升。泰国华侨中医院的过敏性鼻炎患者每年都不断增多，因此据吴立群中医师的治疗过敏性鼻炎的经验方(通窍鼻炎片和苓甘五味姜辛汤)在临床运用10余年由汤剂做成颗粒剂又故名鼻炎颗粒。虽有临床运用已久但泰国内从来无临床疗效观察，本研究的目的以回顾观察鼻炎颗粒的疗效和安全性。由2020年1月至2021年8月在泰国华侨中医院(总院)运用鼻炎颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎男性或女性的18-60岁患者,符合纳入标准以及排除标准并提供治疗前后症状资料。据研究发现打喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻痒、流鼻涕和VAS治疗前后评分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)有33.33%的患者服用药后出现不良反应 如：口干口渴、鼻腔干燥、内火重、心悸。因此运用鼻炎颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效明显，可减轻过敏性鼻炎的症状，但仍出现不良反应，值得继续观察。
