Abstract
finger tip injury เป็นการบาดเจ็บทางมือที่พบได้บ่อยที่สุดและมักมี nail bed injury ร่วมด้วยเสมอปลายนิ้วยังเป็นตำแหน่งที่มีการขาดหายไปของรยางค์ส่วนบนที่พบบ่อยที่สุด การรักษามีหลากหลายรูปแบบและบางวิธีก็ยังมีข้อถกเถียงกันอยู่ โดยหลักการควรให้เหลือความยาวของนิ้วที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งาน มีเนื้อเยื่ออ่อนปกคลุมที่แข็งแรงทนทาน รับความรู้สึกได้โดยไม่เจ็บปวดเวลาสัมผัส ไม่มีข้อติดและใช้งานได้โดยเร็ว
