ปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการใช้บริการทันตกรรม: การศึกษาภาคตัดขวางที่คลินิกทันตกรรมนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการใช้บริการทันตกรรมของผู้รับบริการที่คลินิกทันตกรรมนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการตลาดจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้รับบริการทันตกรรม (เพศ อายุ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และวิธีการชำระค่าบริการ)
วัสดุอุปกรณ์และวิธีการ: การวิจัยนี้เป็นเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากผู้รับบริการที่คลินิกทันตกรรมนักศึกษา จำนวน 394 คน ในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ – เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาในรูปแบบการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานด้วยการทดสอบด้วยแมน-วิทนีย์ ยู และครัสคาล-วาลลิส
ผล: ปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการ ตลาด 3 อันดับแรก ที่มีผลต่อการมาใช้บริการทางทันตกรรมที่คลินิกทันตกรรมนักศึกษา ได้แก่ หลักฐานทางกายภาพ บุคลากร ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ ตามลำดับ และปัจจัยที่มีผลน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ การส่งเสริมการตลาด โดยพบว่าผู้รับบริการทันตกรรมที่มีอายุ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และวิธีชำระค่าบริการแตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการตลาดในการรับบริการทางทันตกรรมที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
บทสรุป: ปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการตลาดมีผลต่อการมาใช้บริการทันตกรรมที่คลินิกทันตกรรมนักศึกษา ทั้งนี้ระดับความเห็นต่อปัจจัยดังกล่าวมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวนับ เป็นข้อมูลนำเข้าที่สำคัญประการหนึ่ง เพื่อนำไปใช้ในกระบวนการปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการและพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดของคลินิกทันตกรรมนักศึกษาให้ตอบสนองตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการต่อไป
