การคัดเลือกตำรับยาแผนไทยที่มีสรรพคุณบำบัดกลุ่มอาการกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูก

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำและวัตถุประสงค์: ตำราทางการแพทย์แผนไทยมีการบันทึกข้อมูลของตำรับยาในการบำบัดกลุ่มอาการกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกไว้หลากหลายตำรับ แต่ในปัจจุบันยังไม่มีการจัดการความรู้ที่เกี่ยวกับตำรับยาเหล่านั้น การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) จัดการความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำรับยาที่ใช้บำบัดกลุ่มอาการกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูก (2) คัดเลือกตำรับยาที่ใช้บำบัดกลุ่มอาการดังกล่าวในรูปแบบยาใช้ภายนอกที่มีศักยภาพในการนำไปพัฒนาต่อไป
วิธีการศึกษา: ทำการศึกษาในเอกสารทางการแพทย์แผนไทย 8 รายการ
ผลการศึกษา: ตำรับยาที่ใช้บำบัดกลุ่มอาการทางกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 252 ตำรับ โดยเป็นตำรับยาที่ใช้ภายนอกทั้งสิ้น 46 ตำรับ ในจำนวนนี้เป็นตำรับยาที่มีเครื่องยาหาง่ายในท้องตลาดและทราบแหล่งที่มาทางพฤกษศาสตร์ชัดเจนจำนวน 10 ตำรับ โดยมี 4 ตำรับ อยู่ในรูปแบบยาที่สามารถเก็บรักษาไว้ได้นาน เป็นตำรับยาจากศิลาจารึกวัดพระเชตุพนวิมลมังคลาราม 2 ตำรับ และตำรับยาจากตำราพระโอสถพระนารายณ์ 2 ตำรับ
อภิปรายผล: ตำรับยาทั้ง 4 ตำรับเป็นตำรับยาที่มีโอกาสในการนำไปศึกษาวิจัยและนำไปพัฒนาต่อเป็นยาในตำรับยาแผนไทยเพื่อใช้ในการรักษากลุ่มอาการทางกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกของผู้ป่วยในอนาคตได้
ข้อสรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: การคัดเลือกตำรับยาแผนไทยที่มีสรรพคุณบำบัดกลุ่มอาการกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานเบื้องต้นในการศึกษาข้อมูลตำรายาไทยจึงควรมีการนำตำรับยาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกไปศึกษาต่อ
