การทบทวนวรรณกรรมตำรับยาสมุนไพรรักษาโรคผิวหนังของภูมิปัญญาการแพทย์แผนไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเอกสาร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลการใช้สมุนไพร และโครงสร้างตำรับยาสมุนไพรที่ใช้รักษาโรคผิวหนังของภูมิปัญญาการแพทย์แผนไทย โดยการสืบค้นงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องที่มีการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ไว้ในฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2554 ถึงปี พ.ศ. 2564 ผลการศึกษา สามารถรวบรวมตำรับยาได้ 133 ตำรับ รวบรวมสมุนไพรได้ 262 ชนิด โดยวิธีการใช้ที่พบมากที่สุด คือ การทา (72 ตำรับ) สมุนไพรส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในวงศ์ Leguminosae (14 ชนิด) พืชสมุนไพรที่มีความถี่ของการรักษาโรคผิวหนังที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ข้าวเย็นเหนือ (4.20) ส่วนของสมุนไพรส่วนใหญ่ใช้รากในการนำมาปรุงยา (79 ชนิด) รสของยาสมุนไพรส่วนใหญ่มีรสฝาด (34 ชนิด) ภาพรวมของโครงสร้างตำรับยารักษาโรคผิวหนัง จะนิยมใช้สมุนไพรรสฝาดมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นสมุนไพรรสเมาเบื่อ ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้สำหรับการศึกษาสมุนไพรรักษาโรคผิวหนัง ต่อยอดเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในเชิงพานิชย์ เพิ่มมูลค่าสมุนไพรไทย และสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการตั้งตำรับยาสมุนไพรรักษาโรค
