ยาสมุนไพรจีนที่ใช้บ่อยในการรักษาโรคเบาหวานลงไตระยะที่ 4

บทความนี้เป็นการสืบค้นเอกสารการวิจัยทางคลินิกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีนสำหรับรักษาโรคเบาหวานลงไตระยะที่ 4 และวิเคราะห์หลักการการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีนรักษาโรคเบาหวานลงไตระยะที่ 4 โดยใช้วิธีการสืบค้นข้อมูลงานวิจัยที่ถูกตีพิมพ์จากฐานข้อมูลในระบบฐานข้อมูล CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) online database ของสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งมีงานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกทั้งหมด 71 เรื่อง จากผลการวิจัยทั้งหมดพบว่าในการรักษาโรคเบาหวานลงไตระยะที่ 4 มีการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีนที่พบบ่อยที่สุด 5 ลำดับแรกได้แก่ หวงฉี (Huangqi) ตันเซิน (Danshen) ฝูหลิง (Fuling) ซันเย่า (Shanyao) และต้าหวง (Dahuang) และพบว่ายาสมุนไพรจีนที่พบมากที่สุดคือสมุนไพรที่มีรสหวาน คุณสมบัติอุ่นกลางและเข้าเส้นลมปราณม้าม จึงทำให้เห็นได้ชัดเจนว่าหลักการการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีนเพื่อรักษาโรคเบาหวานลงไตระยะที่ 4 จะรักษาตามกลไกพื้นฐานของโรคซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากหยางม้ามไตพร่อง โดยสรุปยาสมุนไพรจีนที่พบบ่อยมากที่สุดคือหวงฉี (Huangqi) ซึ่งมีรสหวาน คุณสมบัติอุ่นกลางและเข้าเส้นลมปราณม้ามมากที่สุด
