บทคัดย่อ
สมุนไพรฟ้าทะลายโจรที่ขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติในอำเภอมวกเหล็ก จังหวัดสระบุรี ในระยะออกดอก (ต้นแก่) มีปริมาณแอนโดรกราโฟไลด์ในส่วนต่าง ๆ เรียงจากสูงไปต่ำ ได้แก่ ใบ ส่วนเหนือดิน ลำต้น และดอก เท่ากับ 5.11, 4.90, 0.68, 1.90% w/w ตามลำดับ และระยะก่อนออกดอก (ต้นอ่อน) เท่ากับ 3.65, 2.95 และ 1.03% w/w ตามลำดับ การรักษาโรคโควิด-19 ด้วยฟ้าทะลายโจร ในขนาดแอนโดรกราโฟไลด์ 180 มิลลิกรัมต่อวัน นาน 5 วัน ควรรับประทานใบสดจากต้นอ่อน วันละ 19.6 กรัม หรือใบสดจากต้นแก่ 14.0 กรัม หากเป็นยาต้มจากส่วนเหนือดินของต้นแก่ แก้วละ 240 มิลลิลิตร ควรรับประทานวันละ 2.5 แก้ว แต่น้ำชาจากใบสดที่ดื่มแบบทิ้งกากจะมีปริมาณแอนโดรกราโฟไลด์ต่ำเกินไปไม่เพียงพอต่อรักษาโรคโควิด-19 ผลการศึกษานี้ช่วยให้ประชาชนทั่วไปที่ต้องการใช้ฟ้าทะลายโจรรักษาโรคโควิด-19 ด้วยตนเองสามารถทำได้โดยเทียบเคียงปริมาณแอนโดรกราโฟไลด์ต่อใบสดและต่อผงฟ้าทะลายโจรกับรูปแบบที่ตนเองถนัดใช้
