บทคัดย่อ
โรคผิวหนังอักเสบ เป็นกลุ่มโรคผิวหนังที่พบบ่อย เกิดจากการอักเสบของผิวหนัง มีตำรับยาเกี่ยวกับการบำบัดอาการผิวหนังอักเสบที่ถูกบันทึกไว้ในตำราการแพทย์แผนไทยของชาติเป็นจำนวนมาก แต่ปัจจุบันยังไม่พบการรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ในด้านนี้ การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมตำรับยาบำบัดอาการผิวหนังอักเสบจากตำราการแพทย์แผนไทยของชาติและตำรับยาแผนไทยของชาติจำนวน 6 ชุด เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาตำรับยาที่มีคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาต่อไปในอนาคต
ผลการรวบรวมข้อมูล พบตำรับยาบำบัดอาการผิวหนังจำนวน 378 ตำรับ โดยเป็นตำรับยาใช้ภายนอกจำนวน 195 ตำรับ เป็นตำรับที่มีเครื่องยาที่ทราบแหล่งที่มาทางพฤษศาสตร์ชัดเจน และเครื่องยาในตำรับเป็นเครื่องยาที่หาง่าย จำนวน 32 ตำรับ ใน 32 ตำรับนี้มีเพียง 3 ตำรับที่ระบุปริมาณของเครื่องยาแต่ละชนิดในตำรับไว้อย่างชัดเจนและเป็นตำรับที่ปรุงเก็บไว้ใช้ในรูปแบบยาเตรียมสำเร็จรูปได้ ซึ่งเป็นคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมที่จะนำมาศึกษาวิจัย และพัฒนาเพื่อเป็นตำรับยาบำบัดอาการผิวหนังอักเสบสำหรับใช้ในผู้ป่วยในอนาคต
