บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์หรือเป็นตัวกำหนดการตัดสินใจใช้บริการการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชนจะเป็นข้อมูลในการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนงานให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้บริการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชน และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ ทัศนคติ การเข้าถึงบริการ และปัจจัยสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลบางเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนที่เคยใช้บริการการแพทย์แผนไทยของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในเขตเทศบาลตำบลบางเมือง จำนวน 360 คน ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาคมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.85 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการทดสอบไคสแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ ทัศนคติ การเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทย มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการ
การแพทย์แผนไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการการแพทย์แผนไทยมีความสัม พันธ์ระดับต่ำมากกับการใช้บริการการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.12 ผลการศึกษาเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการกำหนดนโยบาย แผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของเทศบาล การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ การพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการงานแพทย์แผนไทยของศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขเทศบาลให้ตอบสนองความต้องการ เป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งในการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพอนามัยของประชาชนให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
