ความรู้และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาในการรักษาโรคของประชาชนในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาในการรักษาโรคของประชาชนในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้อายุระหว่าง 20-59 ปี คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากสูตรได้จำนวน 400 คน ทำการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมินความรู้ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้โดยรวมอยู่ระดับปานกลางคะแนนเฉลี่ย = 19.02 (S.D. = 0.46) ด้านความรู้ทางพฤกษศาสตร์ของกัญชาระดับปานกลางคะแนนเฉลี่ย = 4.33 (S.D. = 0.43) ด้านการใช้กัญชาในทางการแพทย์ระดับปานกลางคะแนนเฉลี่ย = 5.55 (S.D. = 0.46) ด้านผลข้างเคียงจากการใช้กัญชาระดับปานกลางคะแนนเฉลี่ย = 4.82 (S.D. = 0.47) และด้านความรู้ด้านกฎหมายเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกัญชาระดับปานกลางคะแนนเฉลี่ย = 4.32 (S.D. = 0.47) ด้านทัศนคติต่อการใช้กัญชาในการรักษาโรคโดยรวมอยู่ระดับปานกลาง = 2.95 (S.D. = 0.37) ข้อที่มีทัศนคติอยู่ระดับสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรกคือควรมีการส่งเสริมความรู้เกี่ยวกับกัญชาให้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง = 4.33 (S.D. = 0.89) รองลงมาคือปัจจุบันสื่อโฆษณาเรื่องกัญชายังมีความคลาดเคลื่อนทำให้ประชาชนได้รับข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องมี = 3.94 (S.D. = 0.92 ) และกัญชาสามารถรักษาโรคได้มี = 3.92 (S.D. = 0.91) ตามลำดับ จากผลการวิจัยความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ยังอยู่ในระดับที่ต้องได้รับการให้ข้อมูลความรู้ที่ถูกต้องและทำความเข้าใจด้านทัศนคติสำหรับการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์และยังเป็นข้อมูลให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านสาธารณสุขในการให้ความรู้เรื่องกัญชาทางการแพทย์
