การสืบค้นจุดฝังเข็มที่ใช้บ่อยในการรักษากล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือด

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาหลักเกณฑ์การเลือกจุดฝังเข็มที่ใช้รักษาอาการเจ็บหน้าอกจากกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือด โดยใช้วิธีการสืบค้นข้อมูลการวิจัยทางคลินิกของการรักษาภาวะเจ็บหน้าอกจากกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดด้วยการฝังเข็ม จากระบบ Online database ของสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ในการจัดการข้อมูล และแปลผลทางด้านสถิติทั้งหมด ซึ่งผลการวิจัยในการรักษาอาการเจ็บหน้าอกจากกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดนั้น มีจุดฝังเข็มที่ใช้บ่อยที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ จุด 内关 (PC6) , 心俞 (BL15) และ 膻中 (CV16) ส่วนเส้นลมปราณที่ใช้บ่อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ เส้นมือจเหวียอินเยื่อหุ้มหัวใจ เส้นเท้าไท่หยางกระเพาะปัสสาวะ และเส้นลมปราณเริ่น จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าการเลือกจุดฝังเข็มที่ใช้รักษาอาการเจ็บหน้าอกจากกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดนั้นใช้หลักเกณฑ์การเลือกจุดตามเส้นลมปราณ โดยมีเส้นมือ จเหวียอินเยื่อหุ้มหัวใจเป็นหลัก และจุดที่ใช้บ่อยที่สุดคือจุด内关 (PC6)
