ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างราศีเกิดกับโรคและความผิดปกติของธาตุตามคัมภีร์สมุฏฐานวินิจฉัย

บทคัดย่อ
ดวงอาทิตย์เป็นศูนย์กลางพลังงานของสุริยจักรวาล คัมภีร์สมุฏฐานวินิจฉัยกล่าวถึงตำแหน่งดวงอาทิตย์ในจักรราศีกับความผิดปกติของธาตุดิน น้ำ ลม ไฟ ซึ่งจำแนกเป็น กำเริบ หย่อน พิการ จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาลอำเภอแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 5,224 คน คิดเป็น 65,535 รายการผู้ป่วยนำมาคำนวณตำแหน่งดวงอาทิตย์ในวันเดือนปีเกิด (ราศีเกิด) ตามคัมภีร์สุริยยาตร์แล้ว แจกแจงความถี่จำนวนผู้ป่วยตาม ICD-10 จากการเลือกรหัสกลุ่มโรค อาการที่มีผู้ป่วยมาก 20 รหัส ทำการทดสอบสัดส่วนแต่ละราศีว่าแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ด้วยสถิติภาวะสารูปสนิทดีไคสแควร์ (Chi-square goodness of fit test, a = 0.05, df. = 11) พบผู้ป่วยที่เกิดในบางราศีเป็นโรคบางโรคในสัดส่วนที่แตกต่างจากผู้ป่วยที่เกิดในราศีอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ โรคตามรหัสโรค J00, I10, R42, E11.9, J02.9, H81.1, M79.10, R53, และ R51.0 สำหรับโรคตามรหัสโรค I10 [ความดันโลหิตสูงไม่ทราบสาเหตุ (ปฐมภูมิ)] และ E11.9 (โรคเบาหวานชนิดไม่พึ่งอินซูลิน ที่ไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อน) พบผู้ป่วยที่เกิดในสองราศีเป็นโรคสองโรคนี้ในสัดส่วนที่มากกว่าผู้ป่วยที่เกิดในราศีอื่น ๆ คือ ผู้ป่วยที่เกิดในราศี ธนู (ซึ่งคัมภีร์สมุฏฐานวินิจฉัยระบุว่า เป็นสมุฏฐานธาตุไฟพิการ) และ ผู้ป่วยที่เกิดในราศีเมถุน (ซึ่งคัมภีร์สมุฏฐานวินิจฉัยระบุว่า เป็นสมุฏฐานธาตุน้ำกำเริบ)
