การรับรู้การใช้ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติของผู้ป่วยนอกแผนกอายุรกรรม และแพทย์แผนปัจจุบันในโรงพยาบาลพัทลุง

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติของผู้ป่วยนอกแผนกอายุรกรรมและแพทย์แผนปัจจุบันโรงพยาบาลพัทลุง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยนอกแผนกอายุรกรวม 396 คน และแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้การใช้ยาสมุนไพรฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติถดถอยอย่างง่ายและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ป่วยมีประสบการณ์การใช้ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ ร้อยละ 83.60 และมีความต้องการใช้ยาถึงร้อยละ 80.30 แต่ได้รับการสั่งจ่ายยาเพียงร้อยละ 67.40 ทั้งนี้ ผู้ป่วยและแพทย์แผนปัจจุบันมีความรู้ (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 8.85 ± 1.69, 9.45 ± 1.03) ทัศนคติ (4.03 ± 0.63, 3.85 ± 0.58) การยอมรับ (4.103 ± 0.60, 3.90 ± 0.56) และการรับรู้ (4.15 ± 0.57, 3.99 ± 0.55) ต่อการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการรับรู้การใช้ยาสมุนไพรฯพบว่า 1) การยอมรับการใช้ยาสมุนไพรฯ ในผู้ป่วย 2) การยอมรับการสั่งจ่ายยาสมุนไพรฯ ในแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน และ 3) ปัจจัยเอื้อและปัจจัยเสริมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรฯ มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการรับรู้การใช้ยาสมุนไพรฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.01) การศึกษาในครั้งนี้พบว่าผู้ป่วยและแพทย์แผนปัจจุบันมีการรับรู้สูงในเรื่องการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ แสดงถึงความพร้อมต่อการสนับสนุนให้มีการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ เพิ่มขึ้นตามนโยบายของประเทศ
