การสำรวจปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรรักษาโรคของประชาชนในเขตอำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรรักษาโรคของประชาชนในเขตอำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการพิจารณาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และการตรวจความตรงของเนื้อหา (CVI = 0.88) ความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือ (CAC = 0.929) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่เคยใช้ยาสมุนไพรในการรักษาโรคในอำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 357 คน ระยะเวลาศึกษาเดือนสิงหาคม ถึง พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2559 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในการรักษาโรคของประชาชนอยู่ในระดับมาก และ จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในการรักษาโรค ได้แก่ ปัจจัยสนับสนุน ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข มีผลต่อการส่งเสริมแนะนำในการใช้ยาสมุนไพรรักษาอาการเจ็บป่วยที่ดี และปัจจัยเอื้อด้านแหล่งหาซื้อยาสมุนไพร พบว่าร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน โรงพยาบาลและหมอพื้นบ้านในชุมชน เป็นแหล่งหาซื้อยาสมุนไพรที่สะดวก ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในการรักษาโรคของประชาชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (F = 8.37, p = 0.000) จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปเป็นนโยบายในการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ประชาชนเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของสมุนไพรในการรักษาบรรเทาอาการเจ็บป่วยในเบื้องต้น
