อิทธิพลของการควบคุมตนเองต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเสพสารเสพติด ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจในการทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเสพสารเสพติดของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในอำเภอแห่งหนึ่งของจังหวัดนครราชสีมา
วิธีการ การวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายในกลุ่มนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นที่มีอายุ 12 - 15 ปี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดการควบคุมตนเองสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา และแบบวัดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการใช้สารเสพติดของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.89 และ 0.72 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยมีจำนวน 371 คน พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเสพสารเสพติดของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ได้แก่ การควบคุมตนเองในการปฏิบัติงาน (r=.354, p-value<.001) การควบคุมตนเองจากสิ่งกระตุ้น (r=.267, p-value<.001) การควบคุมตนเองในด้านอารมณ์ (r=.431, p-value<.001) การควบคุมตนเองด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล (r=.429, p-value<.001) และการควบคุมตนเองด้านจริยธรรม (r=.267, p-value<.001) และเมื่อนำตัวแปรเข้าสมการวิเคราะห์แบบการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (stepwise multiple regression coefficient) พบว่ามี 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ การควบคุมตนเองด้านอารมณ์ (R2 change=.186) การควบคุมตนเองด้านการปฏิบัติงาน (R2 change=.095) และการควบคุมตนเองด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล (R2 change=.019) ที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเสพสารเสพติดของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ได้ร้อยละ 29.90 (R2=.299)
สรุป การควบคุมตนเองด้านอารมณ์ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเสพสารเสพติดของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ผลจากการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการออกแบบกิจกรรมหรือพัฒนาโปรแกรมป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเสพสารเสพติดของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยเน้นที่การพัฒนาความสามารถในการควบคุมตนเองด้านอารมณ์ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล
