Delirium is one of the major symptoms in the elderly admitted in the hospitals. It has many impacts on both the patient and the elderly care agency. This study aimed to study the incidence and associated factors of delirium in elderly patients admitted in Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital, using a prospective descriptive study.
